The Woodland Post is a monthly mailing, designed by me, to help you connect to your intuition and the natural world around you.

Every month, via snail mail, you will receive a newsletter, intention card and step by step instructions on how to connect with a plant, tree, bird or tarot card. Each mailing is seasonally relevant and focused on a treasured woodland friend.

Hello, I’m Jamie

I chose the name Reader by the Wood in reference to the many women, throughout history, who have lived at the edge of the wood. Just outside the village or society.

Locals knew they could go to these women for help. Help with herbs or "spells" or guidance and receive the comfort they needed without judgment.

The edge of the wood is a place where people can find healing. As a Tarot reader, my goal is to create an edge of the wood experience. To be the woman who holds hands, really listens and helps however I can.
